This means that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

  1. Made to Order: Our products are made-to-order, which means that they are essentially custom made for each customer.
  2. Shipping Logistics: Our products are very large and difficult to ship. As such, shipping is a one-way process.
  3. Customization: Beyond our stock kits, some of our products are customized per customer request, making them unsuitable for resale.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

How to Report a Damaged or Defective Item

  2. Provide Evidence: Include photographs/video of the damaged or defective product and any packaging materials.

If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
