ASSEMBLY

Pre-drill and countersink with 3/16" bit to avoid cracking. When installing, slowly bend to the ramp transition, working the bend from the bottom up. Be sure to place fasteners at least every 6" around the edges.

STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE

While GatorSkin™ is built to withstand the elements, it's still best to follow proper protocols for extending the life of your material:

  • Wipe off standing water
  • Cover with a tarp during the winter season
  • Use quality fasteners
  • Install sufficient fasteners to prevent potential warping

This product will be shipped via a freight carrier and be delivered on a 4'x8' pallet. The delivery truck will have a lift gate and can wheel the pallet to your desired location on your driveway.

The GatorSkin™ Difference

The basic formula used to create composite panels for skateboard ramp surfacing has existed for over two decades. It consists of layers of paper, saturated with phenolic resin, then pressed and cured. With GatorSkins, they’ve taken a proven product, applied superior chemistry, and achieved a much higher level of performance. Their chemists can customize it to exact specifications, which results in the optimum density, hardness, flexibility, and level of grip.
